Spa Etiquette
We will arrive at your location 15 minutes prior to your booking time in order to set up.Exercise good personal hygiene and shower before treatments. Any late arrivals or delays on the client’s behalf may result in reduced treatment time.
We will supply and bring everything that is needed for the booking - massage couch, towels, oils, products, music, incense and the best professional therapists on the island! All that we require is a shaded place to carry out the treatments. This can be inside or out, whichever is your preference.
Cancellations within 12 hours will result in being charged the full treatment price if a replacement client can not be found. Your therapist will carry out a full cancellation prior to your treatment starting.
